SHIPPING AND ORDERS

 

What is your shipping method? How long before I receive my order?

All of our orders from within the United States ship via USPS Priority Mail, usually within one or two business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation, with tracking info, once your order has shipped.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. (We do plan to start this service soon.) However, PLANT products are available in stores located in Canada, Europe, and Asia as well as the US.

We encourage our overseas friends to place orders as close to their own countries as possible. Shipping charges will be significantly lower, and delivery times will most likely be shorter, as well. You can find a retailer near you on our Stockist page.

 

I made a mistake on my order. Can I update or cancel it?

Please send us an email with your order information as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. We will do our best to process the request.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

 

Is PLANT cruelty-free?

No PLANT product is ever tested on animals, and none contain any animal-derived ingredients.

 

Are your products certified by PETA?

Yes! Our products proudly display the PETA Cruelty-Free bunny logo.

 

Where can I buy your products in my area?

You can find the closest retailer near you on our Stockist page. Simply type in your city and state or zip code.

 

Where are your products made?

We are proud to say that all of our products are made, with love, in the USA. And as part of our commitment to social responsibility, we work in partnership with the non-profit BKLYN UNLTD, a workshop that gives work training and paid work opportunities to adults with mental and physical disabilities—who help with packaging and distribution.

 

Are all of your products organic?

All of the products that can possibly be certified as organic are indeed certified USDA Organic. Products that contain more than a 10% share of a mineral ingredient, such as our MATCHA and NOT A SPOT masks (they are based on premium-grade white china clay, also known as kaolin), cannot be certified as organic. However, all of the plant-based ingredients in these and other products are certified USDA Organic, and all non-plant-based all ingredients are approved for us in USDA Organic products.

 

My bodywash looks cloudy. What’s going on here?

Our bodywashes are made almost entirely of natural and organic vegetable oils, which as you may know from home use, can get cloudy at cold temperatures. (You may have noticed that olive oil, for example, which is one of the main ingredients, quickly clouds up in the fridge.) But not to worry—this change in appearance is not an indication of spoilage or any other problem, and doesn’t affect the bodywash in any other way. We wrote a little more about it here!

 

Do you have any samples available?
