Shipping Questions
What Is Your Shipping Method? How Long Before I Receive My Order?
All of our orders from within the United States ship via USPS Priority Mail, usually within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation, with tracking info, once your order has shipped.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries across the world!
Please note, however, that depending on your order and country, you may be liable for customs fees and/or any other local import taxes upon on receipt of your order. PLANT Apothecary has no influence over how much these might be or any ability to prevent these charges from being assessed—it’s a standard part of international commerce transactions.
For this reason, we cannot accept liability for them. With this in mind, you may wish to locate a retailer selling PLANT Apothecary products closer to you or even in your own country, if there is one. Please refer to our store finder page to see if we’re sold anywhere near you!
I Made A Mistake On My Order. Can I Update Or Cancel It?
Please send us an email at customerservice@plantapothecary.com with your order information as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, so we might not be able to catch it in time, but we will do our best!
Can I Return My Order?
At PLANT Apothecary, we want you to be absolutely thrilled about your experience with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered! Simply email us at customerservice@plantapothecary.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll provide you with a return label. Send your unopened package back to us and we will refund you in full to your original form of payment. All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are not included in refunds. Also, we can only replace products purchased on PLANTapothecary.com. If you bought your PLANT Apothecary product elsewhere, please contact the retailer about your replacement.

Is PLANT Cruelty-Free?
We love our animal friends! PLANT Apothecary does not test any of our products on animals and we do not knowingly purchase ingredients that have been tested on animals. We request that our vendors, chemists, ingredients suppliers, manufacturers and formulators comply with our beliefs.
