Shipping & Returns

We aim to get orders out within two business days of receiving them. All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.

We want you to enjoy PLANT products, so if you have found something wrong, we’d love to have the chance to make it right. If you’d like a return or exchange, please send us an email letting us know what the problem is, and we will take it from there.

If a return is necessary and the item is in new and unopened condition we will process a return within 20 days of your order. Returns may take up to 5 days to post to your account.
